Azure Puffgrass

This average-sized, brown or azure grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in large clumps that are delicate and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, cyan puff.

During the early winter, it produces copious amounts of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of tiny grains.
