Aquamindigo Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its stem)

This large, aquamarine grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The thick stalks grow in sparse patches that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, indigo puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.

A particular bird species likes to nest in it.
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
