Clinging Grass

This short, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thick stalks grow in sparse patches that are prone to bending and snapping under stress.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, lime flower.

During the late autumn, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of large grains.
