Emerald Moor Moss

This gray-green moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In moorlands, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is overwhelmingly rigid.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
