Waterstem Grass

This modest-sized, moss green grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in sparse patches that are flimsy and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, muted green flower.

During the late autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of tiny grains.
