Clinging Mossgrass

This average-sized, muted green and moss green grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, purple flower.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.
