Copper Heart Moss

This copper moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainy mountain ranges, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very flimsy.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.
