Lime Green Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In bogs.
It is average-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly frail; it takes a lot of damage when trodden on.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
