Turquoise Petal

This huge flower grows up to 11.4 feet (3.5 meters) tall. Its turquoise stem is thick, and the huge, moss green leaves are dark olive or grey on the underside and are thin with ripped edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Each stem splits 2 to 4 times; a single giant flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 35 cm (13.8 inches) wide, with petals that are azure at the sides and olive at the center. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 56 petals. They detach easily.

It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like lemon, and it has an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.
