Sunshine Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In rainforests.
It is big, growing up to 9 inches (23 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly tough.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release dozens of spores.
