Azurevine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This big bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 96 feet (29.3 meters) and growing as high as 123 feet (37.5 meters).

It takes 5 years for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The fan-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 10 inches (25 cm) in length. They are black and caramel, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the bine produces handfuls of tiny azure flowers.

It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
It is suitable for making paper
