Ravenflower
Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its gray-green stem is thin, and the small, orange leaves are circular with ripped edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.
A single small flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 4 cm (1.6 inches) wide, with black petals and a dark brown central disk. The flower head is made up of 4 petals in raised layers. They fall easily.
It has a soft scent that smells like damp, and it has copious amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by some specific types of insect.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
