Magenta Grass

This giant, moss green grass grows up to 36 feet (11.0 meters) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in sparse patches that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, magenta tail.

During the late summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of large grains.
