Azure Petal

Flower type: Annual (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its gray-green or cyan stem is very thick and straight with a curved tip, and the miniature, gray-green or cyan leaves are perforated with ripped edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

A single tiny flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with petals that are either aquamarine or azure, with a yellow center. The flower head is largely flat with 52 raised round-tipped petals. They are hardy.

It has a faint scent that smells like meat, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.

It can absorb up to 16 times its own weight in water.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
