Silverbell
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This modest-sized cactus grows up to 29 feet (8.8 meters) tall. The pleated stem is silver, and is covered in sharp spines. The spherical body is emerald, and is covered in brittle white spines.
It is quick growing, taking 8 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with petals that are bronze at the sides and light brown at the center, grow at the top, reappearing after 6 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of 23 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight tube. It has a strong scent that smells like chocolate.
The cactus's skin is thick, the dark yellow flesh is smooth, and the peach sap is thin and can cause blindness if consumed.
It is difficult to cut through.
The leaves are overwhelmingly toxic, and very salty.
