Lilac Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)This massive, lilac grass grows up to 23 feet (7.0 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, gold flower.
During the mid-summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It commonly grows in large patches.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
