Silvergrass

This small, silver grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, slate puff.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.
