Copperactus

This big cactus grows up to 96 feet (29.3 meters) tall. It splits near the top to form 6 tapering stems. Each stem is orange-yellow, and is dotted with small blood red spines. The tear-shaped body is burgundy, and is covered in brittle hazel spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with solid beige petals and a copper central disk grows at the top, reappearing after 6 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 39 petals. It has an intense scent that smells like roses.

The cactus's skin is nearly impenetrable, the pale yellow flesh is rough, and the aquamarine sap is thin and causes diarrhea if consumed.
