Azurevine

This small flower grows up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. Its lime green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 8 and are very thick and straight, and split into numerous branching stems a quarter of the way up, and the tiny, gray-green leaves are dark green on the underside and are needle-like with tattered edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from the base up to about halfway.

Dozens of small flowers grow in drooping bunches like grapes. The flowers are 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide, with petals that are azure at the sides and peach at the center. The flower head is largely flat with dozens of raised narrow petals. They are very delicate.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like citrus, and it has lots of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by one species of insect in particular.
