Caramel

This average-sized flower grows up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. Its pink stem is wispy, and the large, caramel and cream leaves are very thick with rounded edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

6 to 9 small flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with petals that are gentle yellow on the edges and washed-out orange at the center. The flower head is made up of several petals in raised layers. They detach easily.

It has a weak scent that smells like warm milk, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.
