Silvervine

This modest-sized flower grows up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) tall. Its gray-green stem is thick and splits into 10 branching stems halfway up, and the giant, silver leaves are very thick with jagged edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

A single giant flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with petals that are either aquamarine or orange, with a yellow center. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals in raised layers. They are hardy.

It has a powerful scent that smells like baby powder, and it has lots of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.
