Greyfern

This dark grey moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely frail; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
