Caramel

This small caudiciform grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. The fan-like stem is caramel and cream, and is covered in handfuls of flexible green spines. The round, red trunk can grow to as much as 11 feet (3.4 meters) in diameter. Its emerald branches are very long, thin and wispy.

The smooth-edged, cylindrical leaves are pastel orange and yellow. They are durable, but take some effort to detach.

It is steady-growing, taking 2 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with black petals on the lower layer and light brown petals decorated with red dots on the inner layer. The central disk is violet grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet with 42 tightly layered, narrow petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like old shoes.

The caudiciform's skin is thick, the cream flesh is rubbery, and the amber sap is thin.
