Embermoss

Moss type: Moss

This orange moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In marshes, and On trees.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
