Clinging Conifer

This massive tree grows up to 107 meters (351.1 feet) tall and lives for over 3,000 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 3090 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a thick, angular trunk covered in very thick, knobbly, dark green bark, and inside, the hard wood is burgundy-brown.

The numerous branches trail down towards the ground, with hundreds of twigs covered with very large amounts of giant, burgundy needles. The needles themselves are resistant.

In late summer it produces giant, gold, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.

The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy, flexible, and difficult to uproot or break.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with clear space between them.
