Blueleaf

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 15 years. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has dozens of stocky, slanted stems covered in silky, dark gray bark, and the wood inside is yellow.

The branches trail down across the ground with thousands of twigs that and are covered with very large amounts of small, long, tapering, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are hazel with blue tips, strong and leathery.

In mid-summer it produces a thick sheet of small, beige blossoms with slender, pointed petals. They are sturdy and have a strong scent that smells like perfume.

In early winter very large circular fruits ripen. The smooth brown skin is thin and inedible, and the slightly crunchy pink flesh is salty and sticky. The lime seed is large and sits at the end of the fruit.
