Bluebell

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its orange-yellow stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 7 and are thin and straight, and split into several branching stems at the top, and the small, gray leaves are stiff, pointed with smooth edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

6 to 9 medium-sized flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with sky blue petals and a yellow center. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight cup. They are sturdy.

It has a faint scent that smells like burning wood, and it has copious amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects and is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.
