Sunnygrass

This small, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, florescent yellow puff.

During the early summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
