Magenta Grass

This small, burgundy grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in extensive patches that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, magenta tail.

During the early winter, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
