Bluebell Bush

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 105 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many narrow, curved stems covered in delicate, rough, dark brown bark, and the wood inside is burgundy-brown.

The branches are short stubs with thousands of twigs that and are covered with handfuls of tiny, wide, leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are solid blue with yellow splotches, durable and smooth.

It produces thick bunches of tiny, gold flowers with wide petals. They are sturdy and have a powerful scent that smells like old shoes. In mid-autumn it forms largevibrant orange, shelled seeds.
