Bluegrass

Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)

This small, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in small clumps that are strong and tough.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blue tuft.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.

It has impressive regenerative properties.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for use as a construction material
