Creamgrass

This modest-sized, cream grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in extensive patches that are durable.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, turquoise flower.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
