Copperpetal Succulent

This massive leaf succulent grows up to 117 feet (35.7 meters) tall. The very narrow, elongated stem is blood red and vibrant yellow, and is covered in hundreds of rigid red spines. The rounded leaves are sky blue on the edges and white at the center. Small amounts of them grow on wide, emerald branches that are short stubs. The leaves are strong, and take little effort to detach.

It is slow growing, taking 40 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with solid copper petals and a grey central disk grow at the top, reappearing after 5 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 60 petals. It has a weak scent that smells like misty mornings.

The leaf succulent's skin is tough, the silver flesh is slimy, and the aquamarine sap is thin.
