Copper Succulent

This giant leaf succulent grows up to 138 feet (42.1 meters) tall. The very thin stem is red and caramel, and is covered in handfuls of flexible dark grey spines. The pebble-like leaves are either lilac, or copper with beige zig-zags. Thick bunches of them grow on slender, moss green branches that are long and thick. The leaves are durable, and do not detach easily.

It is fast growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are lime at the sides and amber at the center grows at the top, reappearing after 8 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 11 curved petals. It has a delicate scent that smells like an ocean breeze.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the blue flesh is smooth, and the hazel sap is thin.
