Copper Creeper

This average-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 34 feet (10.4 meters) and growing as high as 94 feet (28.7 meters).

It takes 3 years for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 inches (5 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The finger-like, smooth leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are copper and washed-out red, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces many average indigo flowers.
