Caramel Puff Grass

This average-sized, yellow-green grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in large clumps that are durable and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, caramel puff.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.
