Bluebell

This short flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its green stems grow in bunches of 7 and are wispy and straight, and the large, yellow-green and moss green leaves are very thin with rounded edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Hundreds of giant flowers grow in drooping bunches like grapes. The flowers are 4 cm (1.6 inches) wide, with solid blue petals decorated with lilac dots and a yellow central disk. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight cup. They are sturdy.

It has a weak scent that smells like misty mornings, and it has very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also particularly attractive to insects.
