Lilac
Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This short leaf succulent grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The perforated stem is gray-green, and is dotted with small hazel spines. The serrated-edged, asymmetrical leaves are solid green or lilac, with vibrant orange edges. Handfuls of them grow from the base in a spiral pattern. The leaves are frail, but take little effort to detach.
It is steady-growing, taking 18 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with grey petals that gradient shift to beige on the outer edge. The central disk is bright red, grow at the top, reappearing after 8 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 60 curved petals. It has a delicate scent that smells like old shoes.
The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the white flesh is rough, and the gentle blue sap is thin.
The sap causes itchiness of the skin
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
