Bronzeleaf

This colossal shrub grows up to 14 feet (4.3 meters) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 156 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of knobbly, curved stems covered in very thick, cracked, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is black with white speckles.

The branches trail down across the ground that and are covered with copious amounts of large, asymmetrical, leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are dark orange on the sides and bronze at the center, soft and flexible and sticky.

It produces thick bunches of small, white flowers with stiff, pointed petals. They are very delicate and have a delicate scent that smells like fermented fruit. In early winter it forms giantfaded orange, winged seeds that float and land far away.
