Blueberry Succulent

This small leaf succulent grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The fan-like stem is pink-red, and is dotted with small hazel spines. The ripped-edged, thick leaves are olive on the edges and sky blue at the center. Very large amounts of them grow from the base in alternating layers of 2, then 4, then 6, and so on. The leaves are delicate, but take some effort to detach.

It is very fast growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with petals that are gold in the center, orange in the middle and florescent yellow at the edges, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of 4 petals in raised layers. It has a powerful scent that smells like citrus.

The leaf succulent's skin is tough, the peach flesh is slimy, and the light grey sap is thin.
