Coppergrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This short, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, copper tail.

During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.

It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
It is suitable for making paper
It is excellent at collecting and storing carbon dioxide
