Coppergrass

This short, copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in extensive patches that are durable and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, light brown puff.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
