Copper

This giant flower grows up to 10.9 feet (3.3 meters) tall. Its gray stem is very thin, and the tiny, yellow-green leaves are V-shaped with serrated edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Each stem splits 3 to 5 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 29 cm (11.4 inches) wide, with blood red petals that gradient shift to copper on the outer edge. The central disk is white. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight star. They are hardy.

It has the faintest scent that smells like cheese, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is particularly attractive to bees.
