Crimsongrass

This short, cream and pastel green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, crimson tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
