Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In bogs, and In marshes.
It is large, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is overwhelmingly light; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
