Emerald Grass

This short, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are resistant and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, hazel puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of large grains.
