Bronzeberry

Flower type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small flower grows up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. Its orange stem is thick, and the small, lime green leaves are pleated with rounded edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

2 to 4 giant flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide, with petals that are bronze on the underside and blue on the top. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 35 petals. They detach easily.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like ashes, and it has a modest amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by a small species of bird.

It can survive a very long time without water.
