Black Creeper

This big creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 380 feet (115.8 meters) and growing as high as 12 feet (3.7 meters).

It takes 4 years for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1.2 feet (36 cm) and are soft and flexible.

The finger-like, sticky leaves reach up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) in length. They are solid black or red, with green lines, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces many average dark grey flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of large berries.
