Crimson Moss

This pastel red or purple moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In rainforests.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is extremely delicate.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release dozens of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
