Silvervine

This short vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 19 feet (5.8 meters) and growing as high as 307 feet (93.6 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 5 months for the silver stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are flat and wavy.

The asymmetrical, leathery leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are a shade of green that gradient shifts to lime at the top, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many clusters of average pink flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces a few tiny berries.
